Holy Guacamole... look where we are.
January is rapidly closing and if 2011 is going to be different then you’d better get a wiggle on because 8% of the year is about to expire.
Have you finished the budget for your business for this year?
Have you locked in a focus on some KPI’s that week by week will tell you how next month is going to shake out?
Even basic KPI’s like... number of sales leads per week, conversion rates per week, average dollar sales per week, number of transactions per week, and so on?
Why ‘per week’?
Simple... if you know last week was ‘not so flash’ you can make up for it this week... but if you lose a whole month then you are going to need to work so much harder to try to catch up.
Accounting reports are wonderful for telling you what happened but Key Performance Indicators will tell you what is going to happen.
